Refunds & Returns
All art prints come with a risk-free 30-day return policy. Fine Art America/Pixels, the company that makes my prints, will take back any item, for any reason, within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. Please note, outgoing and return shipping charges are not refundable, unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
Original art is not eligible for returns.
1.) VERY IMPORTANT – you will need your Order # from your receipt to process any returns/refunds.
2.) For damaged or defective orders, email Fine Art America’s Customer Service Department via their contact page and describe the problem. They tend to respond quickly and will ask you to email them a photo of the damage or defect. Once they confirm the problem, they will refund you or send you a replacement (your choice). You won’t have to ship the item back. If you prefer to speak by phone, please call their Customer Service Department’s toll-free number 877-807-5901 (24 hours/day, 7-days/week).
3.) For orders that aren’t damaged or defective, please visit Fine Art America’s return page and follow the instructions. You will have to pay to ship the item back.
Security & Privacy
Is my credit card and personal information secure?
Yes, your payment is processed by Fine Art America, the company that makes my prints, on their encrypted and secure site, Pixels.com. I never see your personal information and Fine Art America only stores the last 4 digits of your credit card number. Read more about Fine Art America’s privacy policy here. If you feel more comfortable buying my prints directly on Fine Art America’s website you can do so here.
The only personal information I ever see is your email address, if you subscribe to my email list. Your email address is never shared with others & you can unsubscribe at any time.
Ordering Prints
How can I check on the status of an order I’ve placed?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can contact Fine Art America customer service by email or phone at 877-807-5901 (24 hours/day, 7-days/week). Please have your Order # from your receipt on hand.
What forms of payments are accepted?
All major credit cards and PayPal.
How long do custom prints take to produce?
Production time is generally 3-4 business days. However since the pandemic, we’ve had occasional production delays.
What is the largest size print I can order?
The largest size is 60″ (152 cm) on the longest side for rectangular prints. For square prints, the largest size is 48″x48″ (122 cm x 122 cm).
Do you have a showroom or gallery where I can see the prints?
Not at this time, however I have a Look Book with inspiration & ideas for decorating with prints.
Shipping
Which shipping methods are available?
UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping is available to over 240 different countries – any country with FedEx, UPS or DHL service.
Can I calculate my shipping costs in advance?
Yes. From my print shop, add the print to your cart and select your country the “Shipping Address” form. You’ll see the shipping costs in the “Order Summary” on the right hand side.
Sales & Discounts
Do you ever have sales?
Yes, from time to time I offer exclusive discounts to my mailing list subscribers. To receive notifications, subscribe here.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, I offer discounts to interior design professionals. Please email me with your business information at studio@beverlybrown.com and I will give you a discount code to use in the print shop.
International Currency & Measurement
Can I browse your shop with non-US currencies and units of measurement?
Yes. On the bottom of my shop page there is a section called “Location Settings.” Here you can select your country’s currency and unit of measurement.
Other Questions
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, you can purchase gift certificates here.
Do you sell your original paintings?
Not at this time. I feel prints are more suited to online sales than originals, and this is what I’m focusing on right now.
Do you do commissions?
I’m not taking on commissions at this time, however I welcome suggestions. I often make new work based on inspiration from my customers.
